No. All plans include unlimited CSM and manager seats. Pricing is based on the number of customer accounts you track, not the number of people on your team.

A tracked account is a customer organization where Succesvyx is actively computing a health score. Accounts you've archived or paused don't count toward the limit.

Full Growth plan access for 14 days — no credit card required. You can connect your data sources, see live health scores, and invite your team. If you upgrade before the trial ends, we'll honor the trial period as part of your first billing cycle.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, we pro-rate the remaining days of your current period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing date.

Yes — annual plans are 20% less than monthly pricing. You're billed upfront for 12 months. Annual plans are available on all three tiers.
