We built the tool we wished existed
Succesvyx was founded in Seattle in 2023 by Mei-Ling Chou and former CS operators who spent years watching renewal calls end badly — not because no one cared, but because the signal wasn't surfaced until it was too late.
Our Mission
Make every CS team as precise as the best one you've ever seen
Mei-Ling spent six years in customer success — first as a CSM, then as VP CS at two B2B SaaS companies growing from $2M to $30M ARR. At both, the same week played out on repeat: Monday manual account reviews eating six hours, renewal calls where churn came as a surprise, expansion opportunities found accidentally by the CSM who happened to check in that week.
The existing platforms were either Gainsight — built for 200-seat enterprise CS orgs with a six-month implementation — or spreadsheet templates dressed up as software. Neither fit a 6-person CS team managing 300 accounts at a $15M ARR SaaS company. That's who Succesvyx is for.
We are not building a tool for enterprise procurement cycles. We do not offer "custom success packages." We build for CS leaders who want to connect their stack on a Tuesday and see scored accounts by Wednesday morning.
The team
Four CS practitioners and engineers building the product we always wanted.
Led customer success at two B2B SaaS companies, building CS playbooks from zero to $30M ARR. Saw the same manual-review problem at both companies — and decided to fix it. Based in Seattle.
Former ML platform engineer with experience building real-time behavioral scoring systems at a data infrastructure company. Designed Succesvyx's health score computation pipeline from the ground up.
CS ops practitioner turned product manager. Designed renewal workflows, health score frameworks, and QBR cadence playbooks at two growing SaaS companies before moving to product.
Full-stack engineer with deep experience in data pipeline architecture and SaaS integration patterns. Leads the CRM and product analytics connector layer at Succesvyx.
What we believe
Signal over noise
A CSM looking at 80 accounts needs one prioritized list, not 80 dashboards. We cut everything that doesn't drive an action.
CS is a revenue function
GRR and NRR are board metrics. CS is accountable for both. We build tools that treat expansion and retention as financial levers, not relationship hygiene.
Explainable scores only
A health score that can't show its reasoning is a guess with a number attached. Every Succesvyx score surfaces the signals behind it — so CSMs can act, not just worry.
Built for practitioners
We don't ship features after reading analyst reports. Every capability has been stress-tested against how actual CS teams run their week, their QBRs, and their renewal pipelines.
We're hiring CS-minded engineers and designers
