Every score is a weighted composite of four signal categories. Weights are configurable per customer segment.
Daily actives, feature depth, session frequency, engagement decay rate, power user identification
QBR history, NPS cadence, champion presence and activity, primary contact engagement, support ticket resolution
Renewal proximity, contract value trend, overdue invoices, billing consistency, payment history
30/60/90-day momentum, cohort comparison vs similar accounts, score trend acceleration

Adjust weights to match how your customers behave
Enterprise SaaS accounts are different from PLG accounts. Succesvyx lets CS leaders configure weight profiles per customer segment — so a low-touch product-led account and a high-touch enterprise account don't get scored the same way.
